Ministries That Impact


The Discipleship program of Heritage Baptist Church is perfect for those that want to take the next step in their walk with Christ. Through the fourteen week program, you will learn key truths about Salvation, the Word of God, and your place in the local church. In addition, it’s a time to learn the specifics and reasons for the doctrinal positions and practices of our church. The program is designed to get you familiar with the Word of God and equip you with resources that will enrich your walk with Jesus Christ.


This is one of the most important ministries in our church. We meet at 9:45am in the Sanctuary. The service begins with a song and a short devotion from one of the men of the church. Afterwards, we are dismissed to age-appropriate classes. Teachers and helpers are doctrinally sound and possess a desire to educate others in the Word of God.


Children’s church is available for kids that are ages 3-6. It is not a requirement, but it is a resource to be of assistance to families that need it. The classes consist of spiritual songs and Biblical lessons in which the children learn the truths of God’s Word as well as how to behave in the house of God. The Children’s Church is dismissed halfway through the song service during the Greeting portion of the morning service.


King’s Kids is a ministry for children 1st through 6th grade that is designed to instill a Biblical foundation through Bible memory, teaching, and activities. The King’s Kids class meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm during the midweek service.


FBI is a three year, college level program which takes you verse-by-verse through the Bible and covers in-depth study of all major Bible doctrines. Attendees meet once per week for DVD instruction thorough Old Testament, New Testament, Theology. More information is available at
